What Happens at the Theory Test Centre?

When you arrive at the theory test centre for your appointment, you will be asked to present your provisional driving licence, 

plus:

· The paper part of your licence (if you have one)

· Your passport (to confirm your identity)

If you DO NOT bring the required documentation to your driving theory test appointment it WILL NOT go ahead!

Before entering the exam room you will be asked to store the following items if you have them on your person:

· bags

· earphones

· mobile phones

· watches

All your personal items will need to be stored in a locker. 

Theory test centre staff WILL check if you have anything on your person that could be used to cheat. 

If you refuse to let them check, your driving theory test WILL NOT go ahead.

Once escorted into the exam room, you will be seated at a computer ready to take your theory test
