The theory test centre in the historic market town of Shrewsbury is located within the modern regency style offices of the Abbey Lawn Development, off Abbey Foregate.

With the abbey itself just at the end of the road, the river close by, and the historic feel to the town, it's a nice setting to take your test.

Getting to Abbey Lawn from the train station takes about 17 minutes by foot, and you have a choice of crossing the river or following it along for a few minutes. A number of buses stop on Abbey Foregate.

If you plan to arrive at the test centre by car, you may find parking outside the offices, or there's a large car park with over 300 spaces on Abbey Foregate.
