\n\tOn the screen, you will first be presented with the option for us to check for theory test cancellations on your behalf. If you request a specific date and time that is unavailable at the time of your booking, ticking the ‘Yes, please check for cancellations for the date I provide,’ gives us permission to notify you of any cancellations for your preferred date.<\/p>\n

\n\tYou will then need to complete the on screen form with your personal details, including:<\/p>\n

\n\t* Title<\/p>\n

\n\t* Your First Name, which must match the one on your provisional licence<\/p>\n

\n\t* Any Middle Name(s)<\/p>\n

\n\t* Your Last Name, which must match the one on your provisional licence<\/p>\n

\n\t* Your Date of Birth<\/p>\n

\n\t* Your Postcode<\/p>\n

\n\t* The First Line of your Address<\/p>\n

\n\t* Your Town\/City of Residence<\/p>\n

\n\t* County<\/p>\n

\n\t* Country<\/p>\n

\n\t* Your Telephone Number<\/p>\n

\n\t* Your Email Address<\/p>\n

\n\t* Confirmation of your Email Address<\/p>\n

\n\tOne you’ve completed these fields, click on CONFIRM DETAILS or NEXT at the bottom of the form.<\/p>\n

\n\tNext you will asked to complete details about the type of test you want to take. 1. Use the drop down menu to select the vehicle category for which you’d like to take a theory test.<\/strong><\/a> The field automatically displays Car (Category B).<\/p>\n

\n\t3. If you suffer from a hearing impairment and require your theory test in British Sign Language (BSL), click Yes and your test will be conducted using on screen, BSL.<\/p>\n

\n\t4. Enter your provisional driving licence number (found on line 5). It will start with a few letters from your last name.<\/p>\n

\n\t5. Select two of your preferred theory test centres.<\/strong><\/a> Based on your postcode, the nearest test centre is automatically selected.<\/p>\n

\n\t6. Select you preferred test date and time. You can choose from weekdays and Saturday, with morning and afternoon slots available.<\/p>\n

\n\t7. Use this field to provide further details about your availability.<\/p>\n

\n\t8. Use this field to specify any special requirements.<\/p>\n

\n\tOnce you’ve completed this section, click on CONFIRM DETAILS or NEXT at the bottom of the form.<\/p>\n

\n\tStep 4<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tConfirm your theory test booking details. This is a summary of all the information that you provide. You will need to check it and make sure that all the details you’ve entered are correct. Incorrect information could result in delays to your theory test booking.<\/p>\n

\n\tIf you need to change any information, use the EDIT button below the section where amendments need to be made. If all the details you’ve entered are complete and correct, then you will need to agree to our terms and conditions by ticking the box next to ‘I agree to the terms and conditions.’ The fee for your theory test booking is also specified.<\/p>\n
